About the role
You will join a small developer relations team that sits between the community and the product. You will write, record, and speak, and bring what you learn back to the engineers who build the platform.
Responsibilities
- Write tutorials, example apps, and guides for the docs and the blog
- Give talks and run workshops, online and at a few events a year
- Answer questions in the community forum and turn common ones into docs
- Share developer feedback with product teams, with clear priorities
Requirements
- Three or more years as a software engineer or in a technical writing or advocacy role
- A body of public work, such as posts, talks, videos, or open source
- Hands-on experience deploying web services and databases
- Excellent written English
Nice to have
- A second language for community content
- Experience building and running a community program
