Handling requests in production for

Everything around the request, handled

Keys, retries, events, and logs come with every endpoint, so your team writes product code instead of glue.

Every account gets a sandbox with its own keys and data. Ship the same code to production by switching the key.

Questions about the API

Contact support
01Is test mode really free?

Yes. Test requests, test webhooks, and test data are never billed on any plan, and test keys never touch live data.

02How are requests counted?

Each successful or failed call to a live endpoint counts once. Retries with the same idempotency key count as one request.

03Which languages have an SDK?

Node.js, Python, Go, and Ruby have typed SDKs. Any language that can send HTTPS requests works with the REST API directly.

04What happens when my webhook endpoint is down?

Deliveries are retried with exponential backoff for up to three days. You can also replay any event from the dashboard or the API.

05How do API versions work?

Your account is pinned to a dated version. New versions never change your responses until you upgrade, and you can test a new version per request.

06Where is my data stored?

In the region you choose when you create the account. Enterprise plans can add dedicated regions and data residency terms.
